Refunds and Exchanges
You may request an exchange or a store credit on physical items purchased from Spirit Of Twilight as long as you:

Physical Items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery via email of a product defect or error on our part.

Ship the item back to Spirit Of Twilight within 24 hours after we send you a pre-paid return label.

Once the defective or incorrect item has been delivered and scanned back into our inventory, we will ship a replacement.

If your item was a one of a kind item, you will be offered a Spirit Of Twilight Gift Card in the amount of which you paid to use towards your next purchase (Gift Cards cannot be used towards Live Tarot Readings).

Non Physical Items
Items that are purchased as a digital download or as a service are not eligible for refunds or exchange. However, there are some cases which we will help you recover your services you purchased:

If you missed a booking with Spirit Of Twilight for a reading or other service request, (as a courtesy we give 15 minutes after the scheduled booking to be present, along with two emails prior as a reminder of the date and time you picked), please email us to explain the situation, and we will help you resolve the issue.

Digital downloads and Emailed Readings can be resent to the email address you indicated on your order. To avoid the sharing of our digital products, the email address you provided on your original order cannot be changed or modified.
